Year-end donor list cleanups are booking through December 4. See how it works and what it costs.
Donor data you can trust, from the first cleanup to the board report.
LedgerNP helps small and mid-sized Minnesota nonprofits get their data clean, keep it organized, and put it to work. Your records come back accurate, your reports hold up in front of the board and your funders, and your team spends less time fighting spreadsheets.
Almost everything has a fixed price, so you know the cost before we start. Begin with one fix, or bring me on for the long haul. The work is done by me, not by AI, so your data stays secure.

Founding partners
LedgerNP is a new practice, and I'm taking on a small number of Minnesota nonprofits as founding partners. You get a complete donor data cleanup on founding-partner terms. In return, I ask for honest feedback and a testimonial once the work is delivered.
Who does the work
I'm Micah Orsatti, a data analyst with seven years in community banking operations, where reconciling records and catching errors before they reach decision-makers is the job. I hold an MBA in Data Analytics from Augsburg University, and I serve on the board of directors of STAR House MN, a Saint Paul crisis nursery, where I manage client and donor data.

Book a time that suits you, or email me if you'd rather start in writing. We'll look at where your data lives and what would help your organization most.
